
Fergal Harrington-Beatty
Fergal has over six years’ experience as a senior engineer and program lead in the electric vehicle industry having worked at Potenza Technology (BMS and EV battery integration specialist) and HSSMI (consulting automotive OEM’s incl. JLR, Ford, LEVC and Williams AE) prior to joining AMTE Power to lead their grant-funding strategy and automotive & aerospace strategy.
Fergal is drawing on his time leading multiple NVN, IUK, Faraday and APC projects to ensure AMTE successfully develops their Ultra Cell range from the R&D phase in Thurso, through scale-up to high volume in AMTE’s planned UK-based Gigafactory.

Ellison Anne Williams is the Founder and CEO of Enveil, the pioneering Privacy Enhancing Technology company protecting Data in Use. In addition to her ongoing contributions as a cybersecurity mentor and thought leader, Ellison Anne has been recognized as an SC Media Reboot Leadership Innovator Award winner, a Woman to Watch in Security, and a CyberScoop Leet List Honoree. She started her career at the U.S. National Security Agency and holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics (Algebraic Combinatorics), a M.S. in Mathematics (Set Theoretic Topology), and a M.S. in Computer Science (Machine Learning).

Libby Peake is head of resource policy at Green Alliance, an independent charity and think tank focused on achieving ambitious leadership for the environment. She works closely with other NGOs, academics and businesses to promote better use of resources throughout the economy. This includes managing the Circular Economy Task Force, a forum for business thinking on resource efficient policies. Much of her current research is focused on driving the right innovations, infrastructure and systemic changes to ensure improvements in resource use. Her recent reports include Building a circular economy: how a new approach to infrastructure can put an end to waste, Plastic promises: what the grocery sector is really doing about packaging and Fixing the system: why a circular economy for all materials is the only way to solve the plastic problem. She is an expert and trusted commentator on topics including: ecodesign; chemicals regulation; resource efficiency; plastic; and recycling.

Bineke Posthumus
Bineke Posthumus works as a Director Business Development at the Renewable Polymers department of Avantium. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Strategic Management from the London School of Economics in 2007. Before Avantium she worked at TNO, one of Europe’s largest research institutes, for approximately 10 years. There, she worked at the Strategic Analysis & Policy department, where she had a specific focus on bringing new technology to market in the areas of the circular economy and the energy transition.
