Damon Knight
Damon has over 25 years’ experience in Aviation. After a 7 year career in the Royal Air Force, Damon joined NATS and spent 10 years as an operational air traffic controller at Stansted Airport. In 2010, he started his full time management career as Manager ATC at Jersey Airport. On return to NATS in 2012, he took up the role of Manager Airport Operations and took on a number of projects including runway safety, RPAS, regulation developments, airspace change, military contracts and European co-ordination. After a period working with Belgocontrol on contract, Damon left NATS in 2017 to join Stobart Aviation as Head of Air Traffic Services. As part of the airport operational management team he continues to be involved in a wide range of projects at one of the fastest growing airport operations.
Damon is also the co-chairman of the Airport Operators Association (AOA) Air Traffic Services Working Group and the Eurocontrol Airport Operations Team (AOT).
His involvement with the drone sector has been long running, and has included:
• Supporting the development of an understanding of the drone sector for Air Traffic Controllers.
• Involvement with industry working groups on regulation.
• Trials of drone surveillance systems at London Southend Airport.

As Director of Market Development at Afterpay, the publicly traded technology-driven payments company, Lizzy Eisenberg leads strategic partner acquisition for the Australian-based company’s U.S. business, with special emphasis on Beauty. Prior to joining Afterpay, Eisenberg held several roles with POPSUGAR Inc.: She led business development at ShopStyle, focusing on emerging products and markets, and spearheaded business development and partnerships for POPSUGAR's e-commerce initiatives.
Eisenberg holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was named Most Valuable Player for the Division 1 women’s soccer program. She lives with her husband and dog in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. John Creek – Disruptive Innovation Director - Health
Since 2018 John has led the Health Disruptive Innovation team; responsible to lead health project creation, activation, and acceleration for existing Power Brands across all RB Health categories as well as for new strategic growth initiatives. The highly cross-functional Disruptive Innovation team is RBs internal start-up powerhouse, leading the R&D, marketing, and commercial teams to achieve RBs ambition of ensuring that people worldwide are empowered towards a healthy start, healthy life, and healthy aging.
With a proven rapid route to global markets through RBs substantial scale-up resources the Health Innovation team is leading the advance into Personalization for RB and is establishing partnerships to drive that forward.
John earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University in 2007, joining RB in the same year. Following a series of product development roles in the Germ Protection R&D team John took leadership roles in the Outside Innovation & Disruptive Innovation teams from 2012 through 2017.
